How to remove the glove box latch??

My truck (84 k10) the glove box door is missing the latch where you turn it to open the glove box it has the hole but no latch went to the junkyard and snagged up a whole used door....but cant figure out how to get the latch to separate from the door. I just need the latch the junkyard door is rusted and mine is in better shape. thank in for the help.

Duel 77-87 Factory air cleaner, duel inlet from rad support . Down sized 9' to new 8' Steel flat bed
Was a 77 454 w/308 gear. Taken out 550 lbs. up front with motor clip change.
