This is a little easier to see. The bottom line(hot) from the trans goes to the bottom fitting on the radiator and the top fitting on the radiator goes to the bottom fitting on the trans cooler, then the top fitting on the cooler goes to the top fitting on the trans.

Well what do you know... I had the lines backwards.
When I put in my external trans cooler though, it was because the radiator threads had stripped out, and so I was using only the external cooler... so I don't think it mattered which way it went then.
