49 Chevy panel truck

Ebay comes through... sometimes.

Got this panel truck for the low price of $600.
Got a pair of extra doors for $30 each.
Need to either try and straighten out the panel doors, or find new ones.
A little bit of rust through, should be all in easy to fix places.
Having a hard time finding anything for a panel though.
Any ideas?

Plans (for now) disc conversion on front. Put a 253 in it. (staying with straight six).
Plans (future) bagged s10 chassis.

Re: 49 Chevy panel truck

d_wiggins, cool deal on the panel. The sheet metal from the back of the doors forward is the same as the trucks. Rear sheet metal you will have to make the stuff. That is what I ended up doing. I used a slip roll to roll the radiuses on the panels between the door and the fender. It worked out well. The rest you will have to get creative. When you get to doing it give me a shout and I will help you out with how I did it.

Bartman, I never even noticed the date! I wonder what happened to it too?
