Low Budget Alternative Tow Hooks

Would take a little engineering to mount but you sure won't hurt these bad boys by using them for their intended purpose. Each hook weighs a hefty 4 1/2 lbs, with 3/4" bolt hole at 4 1/8" center to center. Most likely from a big truck or bus but not near the $$ of OEM hooks. $50 shipped Priority Medium Flat Rate USPS box. Money order, do not have Paypal.

Re: Low Budget Alternative Tow Hooks

I believe the rear tow hooks for our trucks are actually this configuration.

Curious as to how you mounted them. Did you bolt them on or are they a welded on mounting? Either way I think would be very solid. A bit of engineering and the rear tow hooks solution is solved.

Thanks for posting your solution.
