2nd fuel tank for 85 Blazer???

What would be a good fit for a 2nd fuel tank for my CUCV M1009 (Military version of the 85 Blazer K5, 4WD, 6.2l diesel)?

I'm going to attempt to run on vegetable oil & need a second fuel tank for diesel for cold starts.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

There are no factory tanks that will work that I know of. I think a fuel cell is the only way your going to pull it off.

On my old 72 K5 we added the saddle tanks from a 78 3/4 Chevy pick up. So that truck had 3 gas tanks. It can be done if you don't mind cutting holes for filler tubes.

That's about what I'm looking for. I'm trying to avoid having to go the custom route or have a tank in the rear cargo area.

That was on a 72 K5, 73 and up K5s floors won't have the clearance for the side saddle tanks. The front floor is flat,Pickup cabs floors are raised to clear the tanks. I'm not saying it can't be done...But its not going to be a bolt in deal.
