Post Buick distributor on sbc?

Will a buick distributor 350 HEI vac advance fit on a 350 chevy? Seems to me they'd be the same.

If you are talking about the vac advance can,it will fit,as will caps & rotors. The complete dist wont work,Chev,Cad,Olds, Buick& Poncho all had a different dist(Dimetions& pumpdrive).......69

If you are looking for used, you should be able to pick 1 up for $25-40. For new,the proform HEI is a good deal complete with hot coil for about $160 through summit or Jegs. I would reccomend a Crane adjustable vac advance though........69
