The Cameo trucks were not uni-body. Uni-body is when the cab and bed are one piece. Cameos have fiberglass bed sides that are bolted to the bed box. They are not fastened to the cab at all.

The corvair van-pickup deal was a unibody

Don't forget the El Camino (if you can call it a pickup)

O.K. Guys,
The corvair yes. The El Camino maybe, if it is a truck. What I was refering to was the 67 to 72 Chevy Truck body style as a uni-body. I should have clarified my statement better.

So You guys call them Trazers huh..............I am planning on building one out of a rotted out '69 Cab and step-side short box we have, along with a shot blazer frame to plow snow with. I like short wheel base vehicles to plow snow with.......

Going to use a either a 250 I-6 or GMC 305 V-6 and a 3 spd for a fast reverse in 4lo
