I see older ford crew cabs all over down here. I thought they were a factory option on them starting somewhere in 65 or something?

a quick look at wiki and google all I came up with was "A 4-door crew cab version was also introduced in 1965, still a popular option."

I know that from what I have been told, and read here and there for the early years 4th gen, 5th and 6th gen ford crew cabs were all made in canada and were basically all 2x4s for the most part. But I have been known to be wrong, and have been given bad information in the past. I can say, with out a shadow of a doubt that all the crew cabs that I have seen in those body styles are canadian
