Prepping Engine for Swap

I have my LS all stripped down and ready to paint (waiting on weather). I plan to do the following after paint to get ready to drop it in:

1. Remove existing cut harness
2. Replace thermostat and PCV
3. Install belt drive (less AC compressor)
4. New plugs and wires
5. Mechanical gauge fittings, EGR block off, EVAP block off
6. Install GM Muscle Car oil pan
7. Install flywheel, clutch, throwout, trans
8. Install starter and cable to battery junction box

That is about all that I can think of. Am I missing anything or are there any maintenance items I should do with the motor out. Right now it is stripped down to motor/heads/oil pan/water pump/fan. Is it ok to leave the fan on for installation or will it be easier to take it off? Thanks.
