Here is a parts lot of parchment seat belts. The webbing would need to be replaced. Two of the male buckles have rust one is nice. The three female buckles are nice and don’t have any rust on them. There are four buckle covers one is show ready the other three need more cleaning or refinishing. One of the other retractor spring is good the other is broke. $38 shipped

Quick curiosity question - How do you get the 'covers' off of the buckles? I tried to take one off prying carefully around the underside, but couldn't get it to snap off. Thanks!

Just pried them off. Been awhile I think I pried frim the left side in the last photo

I searched online and there are several companies doing seatbelt restoration. I have not used any of them maybe someone else will be able to recommend a company for you
