GMC Full Wheel Covers

If this needs to be moved please do so. For sale GMC 15 inch Full wheel covers. They are not correct year for the '68 truck I had them on but I don't know what year they came from honestly. I had them on my truck for a couple weeks and before that I don't think they saw much road time at all. No dents or dings or curb rash. Black paint ring around edge is worn away a bit here and there but these are in amazing shape. Putting period correct ones on so these gotta go.
$200 shipped.

Re: GMC Full Wheel Covers

Can you guys tell me if mounting the full-size caps like you just installed will scratch my powder coated original wheels ? I’ve never tried worrying I would.. appreciate your help.

They most definitely will scratch. Full wheel covers have many barbed like tangs that pinch and grip the wheels. If you take the covers on and off too many times you have to bend the tangs out to make sure they stay on secure or you have frisbees flying off your truck. (Believe me I know) Every time I put a new set of covers on I bend the tangs out then take the truck for a short test drive around the neighborhood and country roads. Usually one cover comes flying off and I have to bend the tangs more (Happened last night on my test drive) But yes they scratch.
