Steering wheel evolution.

One of the joys of my C10 journey has been swapping parts to see what I like best.

Today I swapped in my third steering wheel which purchased from Mel of Classic Bowties. Thought I’d give the big 17” OE wheel out of a 68 a chance.

It may not be period correct, or even the right color, but I still love it.

Re: Steering wheel evolution.

I found this Rosewood wheel at the Portland Swap Meet 4-5yrs ago. I ended up selling it to a good friend and immediately regretted it. After begging for 5 yrs I got it back this Summer. Swapping out the Maroon Comfort Gip Wheel. I made a short Reel with a video of driving through the country with 38 Special's song "I want you back where you belong". I sent it to him!

Re: Steering wheel evolution.

I am partial to wheel #1.
I picked up another truck a few days ago with a match.
