Whats are these called?

Stipped the truck down to the frame and I'm finding all the other bad parts in there, this is on the front crossmember and its rusted off. I cant find the name of it and I need to know so I can look for more.

It looks like you're pointing to the upper control arm mount.

to bad your not closer I've got a 1/2 dozen front suspensions laying behind the barn

They're rivited to the cross member it's easier to replace the whole thing. This is the exact reason I keep buying cheap parts trucks .PM sent
