What’s a fair price for a complete (including mount) for one of these? , there is a bit of slight damage and it has definitely been used

I did not pay that much for mine think it was around $35 the pictures made it look like a lot of rust but when I got it it turned out that what look like rust was old tobacco and asses that someone silver painted

I saw a really nice one last year for $100...no damage or very little rust

I think condition is everything I believe a decent one for 150 is a fair price when I bought mine I knew I would never use it as an ashtray and figured if I had to do a little Bondo work on it no big deal but it cost me More than $100 to have the knob and the little thing inside you put your butts out on Chromed
