KS Restored 1967 Chrome Vent Windows - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

04/01/2024 I have 2 sets in chrome with tinted glass. So hit me up if you need them.

Up for sale a pair of restored 1967 Vent Window Assemblies that will fit 1967 Chevrolet & GMC Pickups and Suburbans.

The rebuild includes a complete disassembly and inspection for worn or broken parts which are replaced.

This is followed by cleaning and polishing all the SS trim. We use high quality parts in the restoration from Classic Parts of America.

We replace all the window weatherstriping using the correct rivets, reline the vertical division bar, and replace both handles with new ones.

At the top and bottom of the assembly I use pop rivets for 2 reasons. The first is a tighter fit, and we have the clearance for fitment.

All the chrome is replated by Whitworx Fine Metal Finishing.

Most of the misc small parts are re-cadmium plated.

This is a high quality restoration and far superior to the reproductions that are currently on the market.

They are PPG as indicated in my original statement. The price reflects the PPG glass as well as the ding. I normally sell these for $510.00

Hate to be that guy bumping up and old thread. But are these still available and could glass possibly be switched to clear?

I've sold that set. I can do a set for you but it looks like I will need to find a new chrome plater. My current plater is not taking anything in and plans to shut dow by mid Aug. It's up for sale but no takers. I have another plater that i'm going to check out next week.
