Re: New house and shop

A 16 foot door would look good here though.

Looks nice! You definitely know your audience, 6 pictures of the shop and 0 of the house.

I knew someone would say something about the house part. LOL

Technically, I don't own either one yet.

It's been a headache so far. Dealing with inspections, realtors, septic issues, easement issues with neighbors... you get the picture.

Next, I have work to do before moving. Then, it's the moving part. God, I don't want to even think about it.

Heck, I don't even have my house sold yet! So, there's 2 mortgages in my future, just for a little while I hope.

ARGH!!!

Re: New house and shop

Well, Closed on the property last Tuesday. Have some work to do on house before moving in. Mostly carpet, paint, trim work. Got a little plumbing and electrical to do too. Kind of a pain since my current garage, tools, and shop are 5 miles away. I suppose my tools are going to end up here eventually anyway.

Re: New house and shop

Congrats ! We just bought a house 5 months ago with a shop, and it sucked moving everything from one shop to the next, plus the house.Still setting up my shop and doing small repairs and a small bathroom remodel soon. Good luck and have fun with it.
