Question about rad hose.

I am close to firing my 89 cummins suburban.
I had been waiting for manifold adapters to run a 24 valve manifold on my 89 12 valve.
They are done!
I have almost everything set up but I dont know what to do about a lower rad hose. Im runnig a 89 cummins in a 89 burb with a rad from a 454. What have you guys used to make the tight bend. I have a factory cummins hose that I could make work but it would be a lot of cuts and joins.

Thanks

Keith

Re: Question about rad hose.

On the 89 burb I did, it had a champion replacement aluminum radiator. I installed the lower radiator hose from the dodge. Cut it to length at the rad side and it worked fine.

Re: Question about rad hose.

Ya mine was no where close to fitting. I ended up using a later cummins lower hose. cut three inches out of the center built a alunimium bung at work to re connect it. worked out nice.
