First, please turn off the CAPS LOCK. Second, you need 0.023" wire, ER70S-7 would be good, and you'll need to buy tips for the gun, the 0.035" tips won't work. That's a lot of welder for sheetmetal work. My Lincoln WireMatic 255 will work well down that low, but most Miller 200 machines won't. I'd suggest that if you are in the Nashville area, you call Volunteer Welding Supply, they're even open on Saturday until 12.

The Millermatic 210 works down to 30A........the Lincoln 255 works down to 30A......yours should work fine for sheet metal but you will need the smaller tips and wire (.023/.024)
