Is the center hole big enough to clear our older hubs & axle flanges? They look small.

You have to either open up the center bore a bit. A machine shop can do that for you fairly easily, or use spacers which is what I would recommend. If you search on the forum, you'll find a few threads of people who have done it either way.

I was told GM goes after people selling these because they are not DOT legal on street ? Has this changed ?

Gm was going after dealerships for selling them. I received these from an employee who was given a few to take home with him. I have had no problems with Gm personally

My friend hasn't replied. He drives truck but I think his phone # has changed. If I can get to the detroit area...or, fastenal is reasonable I'm still in at the same spot as before. I can send funds the second we found out a shipping or pick up method.
