Here is the black one can get better pictures if you like the sun was in the wrong place this morning. 75 plus shipping the steering wheel is junk so I would remove it for ease of shipping. I also have a tan one if you need that color.

That's the bell crank and shift rod from the column. I may have the shift lever also I'll look tomorrow.

I just ordered the shift lever, I'm going to try it out with the bellcrank I have. Your picture makes it look smaller than it probably actually is
