Wow, that sucks and I can relate to it. Some of these mail order places do not even have an inventory and just place drop ship orders from manufactures.
 Stick to the big guys Jegs, Summit, customer service is top notch! Ask me how I know... |

I've ordered a few things from them, step notch, four link etc. . took a little bit to get but the quality was good.
