Re: How about some pics of "4x4" Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
I sold this last year to a neighbor and had the chance to buy it back. He installed 6 new shocks, changed all the fluids and drove it a whopping 169 miles....paid $400 less than I sold it for.
I worked this morning and ended up taking the long way home, I love this beater. |

Re: How about some pics of "4x4" Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
Here is my 87v20 Burb. 6.2/400/208. I got her stock about 4 yrs ago. I got it cheap. Over time I have pretty much have been through everything, minus the original long block and previously rebuilt trans.
I have been slowly upgrading over time as components failed. No turbo, injection system was overhauled but kept stock. She is getting tired and I am done doing anything more to the 6.2 platform. I just drive the crap out of it. I often travel with the family. We always take the backroads and camp often. Everything I own ends up lifted. I eventually want to swap a different motor/trans combo in for towing my wheeler. Before and after. |
