1972 blazer. I hate to say this but my wife wanted it. Came w/brand new 37" tires, comp shocks, 3" lift, 350 bored out 383, custom tank (worried about), accel distributer, edlebrock carb, and 2 sets of doors, hood, fenders, and rockers. Had it drivable but the body had to much rust switch bodies last weekend and now just trying to remember how to put it together.

Welcome from northern Ky. You've come to the right place for this particular addiction! Quite a few people on here have done the body swap thing and I'm sure they'll be glad to advise when you need it.

Nice ride!!! When I'm done with my wife's blazer I hope that I will have enough knowledge to start a 69-72 truck for myself or should I say enough energy.

I'm doing the body swap thing myself right now. If you go back through several pages of threads you can check out some pics. Several of us are going through the process and postin' pics. Somebody on here will always be able to answer your questions. Welcome From Kentucky!

Thanks everyone for the welcome's. Also, thank's LUV2XCLR8 for the detailed pictures. How do you K5 extremist hold back from putting your rig together (w/out being so detailed) and just going. I can't wait until I align the body hook up the wires and drive around the block. Also, just to let you all know. This is my first time touching a vehicle, so I'm like a little kid in a candy store.

I WANTED MINE PUT TOGETHER WHEN I BOUGHT IT 2 MONTHS AGO , BUT
SOME @$$HOLE ONCE SAID "PATIENTANCE IS A VERTUE" WHEN I FIND HIM,
I AM GOING TO KILL HIM, IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO NOT JUST THROW IT ALL
TOGETHER AND DRIVE IT EVERYWHERE, BUT SINCE I CAN'T PAINT MINE RIGHT
NOW I WILL JUST HAVE TO SETTLE FOR THE WEEKEND DROOLING PROBLEM.
