Rear frame cross brace

-
Is there anyone that makes one unlabeled? Not really into sporting or branding.

Not trying to get off subject here...but i do need to rant....

When i spoke to QA1 about doing a partial sponsorship, they told me they dont sponsor unless youre a big name or a race team. still spent 5k on their products.

Holley said to send what they required in, and i did. Didnt even get a not at this time. Still spent close to 6K on their products.

Spoke to the owner Dawn at HPI Customs in Canada...said she would sponsor a frame kit at 50% off (she stated military discount is 50%), then said she would send me one free of charge. i even offered to cover shipping to texas. She said send the letter you sent holley and ill get one out to you. Yes, they had some family issues, but as soon as i sent the letter, it went quiet. no response. still spent 1k on her products.

Tickperformance told me that my t56, i would be better off buying a new one instead of rebuilding. wouldnt even sell me the parts i needed.

The guys over at POL, inline tube, thegearbox.org, shiftsst.com, proactive gears, 123bearings.com in France, the forum, and the biggest SUMMIT...have been the biggest help in getting parts and getting them quick...

Re: Rear frame cross brace

Maybe I’m confused or need more information. Do you own a business or similar? Otherwise why would any company want to sponsor your build?

its free advertisement for them to promote their products. exposure. ITs not a matter of sponsoring my build or anyone elses... Its just a matter of doing business. I could care less if my build is sponsored at all....im doing it anyways. I do own a business...and we are sponsored by a few of our equipment providers. We dont get parts for free at all, but get a discount for advertising their products and promoting them.

Its the lack of communication that bites me. You want some good customer service and dedication to customer base? Reach out to Paige Davis at summit. Never have I ever spent money somewhere and didnt feel bad about spending it.

Is your company in the motorsports business? Not trying to start an argument of any sort just trying to understand why some company would want to give you discounts or other forms of consideration over anyone else. That wasn't very clear in your initial post.

Also, I get frustrated weekly if not daily on communication. I have a part ordered to be sent to my local O'Reily Auto right now. Was supposed to have heard from them by 5 pm yesterday when it was at the store. So far, nothing. Going to call my local store and see if it is there.

Plus, I am in the engineered equipment business. Communication is super critical and from the various factories to customers it gets very aggravating when folks do not get back with you on something.

I will have to edit this thread and remove the WTB. Then you can post the WTB over on the parts board without the rant part. I can't move the whole thing over there because of all the replies.....

Since the China Virus customer service is gone. It will never come back because they have gotten away with not having it.
