New 62 c10 owner from Northern Nevada

Picked this up last week. Not too sure about what I have here, so any 62 experts feel free to chime in. The engine looks like a GM 350 crate but unsure about the manifold, carb looks like a edelbrock 1400, tran looks like a turbo 400 with a B&M floor shifter, unsure about any other modifications but maybe someone can clue me in based on the pictures. Wiring harness looks all new, interior looks refurbished if not reupholstered. Speedo doesn't work, fuel gauge doesn't work. They are dolphin gauges so i'm not sure how to approach that one. everything else works - wipers/lights/brake lights. Power steering doesn't seem OE, but I have no idea. Still has the 4 wheel drum so spindles and discs will probably be the first upgrade. No idea what is going on the with panhard bar, but it looks like the PO moved it with some pretty bad welding skills. No idea why, but I suppose it'll need to be relocated/replaced to drop the rear. I'd really like to replace these centerline drag wheels and cooper tires too so if you're interested drop me a line. On to the pics..

And hopefully someday she'll look like this (WARNING: BAD PHOTOSHOP SKILLS BELOW)... Anyone have an idea what kind of drop I'm looking at?

Hello and welcome, 60-62 have torsion bar suspensions, not the cheapest to drop, but doable. Looks like your looking at 4/6 drop, with very large wheels, like 22's. but Im not good at that stuff really.

Both CPP and LMC list kits for 60-62 that include the spindles, disc brakes + booster up front and the springs and dropshocks for the rear. Doesnt seem too complicated unlessI'm missing something?
