@Rickjz

That is what I did but am having clearance issues. The inlet and return are inline with the body mount and crossmember and the brass 90 degree fittings hit the crossmember by a lot 1/2-1"

Just want to give you a heads up as I am dealing with this now!

Had the same problem, took my stock tank to a fab shop and they welded a shelf in it

Yea, it’s pretty close! There is one fitting that is practically touching, the rest are clear. I do have new body mounts.

I guess I got lucky My Blazer is a 2wd. Not sure if it makes a difference. Your ID photo also looks like a 2wd.

2 wheel drive also?

I need to get the tires and brakes on and set ride height. Then I will decide if I can drop the tank an inch? Try and move the fittings around so they will miss the crossmember. Or weld in one of the recessed pump trays?

I would have bought a Boyds but his fill is 1 1/2 and the fuel fill is 1 3/8 and he doesn't want to make one 1 3/8?

Oh well its been going smoothly until this. About to get into wiring, starting where issues can come up?

Do you have any pictures of it installed and location of pump assembly?

Re: Who makes a Fuel Injection tank for Blazers

Not sure if this is of any interest in this thread, but I thought it might be. I am using a later model Blazer tank in my truck I used a weld in ring and pwm controller from VaporWorx. Factory return less ZL1 pump I am using should be good to 650+ whp from what I understand. OEM pump is the only way I wanted to go. Aftermarket is to old school, and I am old school. Owner Carl is local to me. Real smart and nice guy, responds quickly to questions. Give them a call if interested.
