Thanks, I love the brown one, I'm building a dually burb now, not much to look at but it's getting there.

Re: Any Dually Suburban pics?

Man I just love the way these dually burbs look, especially the brown one up top and the white one below. It's just different enough to set it apart from everything else without being "out there". How hard is it to make one?

Re: Any Dually Suburban pics?

Its pretty easy if u buy a conversion kit, if u use regular dually fenders I'll either have to modify them or do what I am and move the rear axle back about 2" then you don't have to cut the fenders,, for the front you just change the spindles and ball joints

That'd be great, as I've been thinking about doing that myself... not so sure it's a serious thought but I at least want to look into it... if I do it though I want it to remain 4x4.

Re: Any Dually Suburban pics?

Youngburb 4x4 would be easy ud either need to find a drw front Dana 60 or get some dually spacers off of the front axle of a 95-00 dodge dually tuey just unbolt like a rim would, but ill post more pics soon they will be on my build page title, "89 suburban project"

I'll definitely be following that project, there's another one on here that caught my eye a Burb -> Cummins diesel conversion... that's another project I've considered undertaking, only I think I'll go for a DMax if I do.

Yea I want a Cummins or a duramax but that's way way outta my budget, but it's always nice to look at.

Just how good of a job do you have to be able to afford gas for something like that? You're talking 2-3Gallons/mile there! LOLOLOLOL

Or would a 6-8 door Burb be more of a collectors trophy?
