1969 chevy cst/10

Howdy everyone. I'm just starting to get my feet wet in this whole restore/hotrod deal. I bought a 1969 chevy cst/10 SWB fleetside with a factory 396. It has a turbo 350 behind it. I looked at the SPID and it says 396. Is this a rare find? It also has 6 lug wheels with a 12 bolt rear-end. Any input to help me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!!!

It's fairly rare and desirable. It's no Yenko camaro, but for these old trucks it's fairly rare to find a big block swb.

Gotcha. It has the wood floor in the box. The weird part to me is that it doesn't have power brakes, power steering, or A/C so someone must have orders it as a less option cst
