Need original steering u-joint seal 60 C10

Looking for new rubber seal for the steering column u-joint on my '60 C10, or entire assembly. I found a company that makes complete reproduction units of this assembly, but not for GM. I searched the web, including ebay, with no luck. Does anyone know where to find this? Thanks!!

Submariner616,
I was having a few problems with my 62's column also. It was basically just worn out and I didn't want to keep messing with it. I replaced it with an I did it column and i am so happy I did. No issues, and an easy install. The only thing is your still running a 3 speed on the column you will have to put in a floor shifter.

Thanks John Z. It's a two speed power glide. The truck is so stock, so complete, and so original I am struggling to keep it that way as I do the complete restoration. The steering works fine, I just want to clean this up and put a new seal or boot on it.

It is very hard to resist the temptation to modernize this beautiful hunk of steel!!

Wow, my '64 has a one piece rod. I just figured they were all like that. Is that a automatic tranny only deal?

No, it's just a '60-'62 deal.

I'm reviving this old thread because I found a pretty much exact replacement for this seal and its readily available:
