Looks good! I really like that natural wood.

Re: What did you do today not on your truck...

I've been pressure washing the concrete block wall fences and front and back patios on my property. First day- guck spattered into my eyes, got wet trousers and shoes. Second day, wet trousers and shoes (raincoat and hat added). Third day, nothing (rubber boots added). The place is looking better, but I'm not really happy about washing the other 200 feet of fence, and there are enough voids in the mortar that need to be filled that I feel like hiring someone. People say, "No job too small", but I don't believe that. Sack of mortar, cake icing spewer and knee pads are in my future.

We need to talk about your Draw-up stuff.

I like that system.

I will have to Tell you the Story of installing T&G Pine on the,

Re: What did you do today not on your truck...

Thanks Leon, the other shed was sheetrock and that wore me out.
And the drawing part, when I was a kid, my favorite toy was an etch-a-sketch. Now it is "paint" on the computer. It helps to have a plan. The ceiling would be easy but not at an angle. He wants galvanized barn tin. Oh joy.

Re: What did you do today not on your truck...

Moved two stacks of slab wood . Not an easy job slabs average 2 inch thick
7 feet long 30 inches wide . The dry ones are manageable the wet oak is another story . The roller helps a lot

More done on the new house, had to cut the concrete for the garage door rails, sheet rock the sides and top of door openings. Can't pickup the facia til Tuesday. after that is put up, they will install the garage doors.

Re: What did you do today not on your truck...

My wheelbarrow had an accident that broke one handle. Being the thrifty Handy Andy guy I am, I decided the wheelbarrow has plenty of life in it so I'll make new handles. They're still in an uncompleted state, but this is how far I got yesterday afternoon. I might still make the grab handles smaller and round like original, but as they are they have a good feel for my hands. I want to paint the wood black and thinking maybe sandblast the metal and paint Cat yellow, just for kicks. Maybe get some Caterpillar stickers

That's what does it right there.

Occasionally I look at a wheel barrow and think I need one of those.
And then I come to my senses.

Re: What did you do today not on your truck...

My wife occasionally mentions we need a little trailer to pull around the yard with the lawn tractor. I again tell her we already have one. It's called a 5x8' utility trailer. I have a hitch ball mounted on the tractor to move that trailer and the fishing boat around the yard. Works great!
I just finished up prepping the lawn care equipment for the season this morning, and storms coming in late today. Figures..

I have been getting my yard stuff ready too. I have trouble finding anyone to spray my yard for me because of all the Peach trees (9). They are very susceptible to damage from any weed killer. I bought a 25 gallon pull behind sprayer so I can do it myself. That way I can pick a day with no wind to do the spraying.

The storms all went North and South of us for this time, but we didn't get much rain either....

Maybe if the Budget allows.

Here is a Website I have got some Cheap stuff From.

Maybe you could look for something like this. ?
