On another note, That’s a real nice hugger blazer!
Both the 71 and 72 k2500’s I have owned had Dana 60’s.

Re: Do you have a 1972 Plaid Pickup?

Folks were commenting on the unusual combination of this truck so I will post it. Other than that I have no involvement with this truck.

https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/...899327478.html

1972 Chevrolet C20 Highlander Orignal Survivor. This truck is as clean, straight and original survivor as you'll ever find. Pueblo, Colorado truck from new till I bought it 6 years ago. Stored inside. No rust.
402 Big block, TH 400 automatic transmission, A/C, Tilt steering wheel, 59,xxx believed original miles.....condition and service records provide great documentation. Original Proteco Plate, Build sheets, and Sales brochures included. Runs and drives great!!!
Includes extra set of rims. Come have a look you won't be disappointed.
$22,500.00
I'll only reply to emails responses that include your name and phone number.

Re: Do you have a 1972 Plaid Pickup?

Here is mine. Pictures are a few years old, I've since added carpet and wheels but otherwise truck is mostly original. Very minimal cancer and I use it mainly as a cruiser during the summer months. You can't see in the pics but the seat has some heavy wear and tear on the drivers side.

Thank you for the welcome. Yea, I have been here a while but just like to browse. I have certainly gleaned a lot of solid information from the members here.

Yes I have the Original maintenance folder or information folder that came in the glove box with the original bill of sale and protecto plate and some receipts for various things over the years
It was bought new in a GM dealership near Great Falls Montana It was imported into Alberta Canada about 20 years ago It has had one repaint (same color) The plaid seat cover was replaced with a Cheyenne tooled leather original style sear cover I am going to try to find the green plaid cloth and hopefully get it back to original The rest of the truck is pretty original It has the highlander (C)
package which was the highest option you could get on the highlander
It has hardly been driven in the last 10 years It just turned 80000 miles There is no rust in the truck at all that I can find I just drove it about 400 miles and it ran like a top

The green plaid is available from https://smsautofabrics.com/ in Canby Oregon. Pictured is the material I bought from them in 2017 and had sewn into a set of factory buckets I found for my Highlander.

Hi Modela1929. If you reply under the advance settings you can attach pics with the little paper clip. Upload one at a time.
