so far ive got the most of it sanded down, but im ready to take the window stuff out now.. how excactly does all that come out of that little hole?! is the screws behind the door panel all that holds everything in?

Door lock assembly is held by three screws. Wing window is held by three screws. The rest are behind the panel. Remove them and let the window glass drop down. Pull up and rotate the wing assembly. May help to spread the door a little and remove the wipers first.

got it!!! there was just one peice i had trouble getting, and its still in there because of 1 screw i stripped the head on.. its just the back track to the window so i said screw it and left it in there. its not as bad to get apart as i though it would be, but i can't wait to try to line it all back up again... i did find out both glasses are perfect top to bottem though!

Do the follow for assembly in reverse order. Works great.

Good topic! It can be very difficult. This is
how I assemble a door:
1)Install outside door handle
2)Install outside door lock
3)Install latch mechanism with
rods attached, feeding inside
door lock rod up through hole and
leaving the inside door handle
rod inside door
4)Hook up inside door handle
rod to mechanism and bolt into
place
5)Install window regulator
6)Install rear window guide, leave
the two lower mounting bolts out
and leave the upper mounting bolt
loose so that you can move the
guide to the rear
7)Install window seal, leave a
slack at the front where the
vent window goes
8)Roll the window regulator up to
where you can see the rollers
engage the roller track onto
the back roller and tilt the
window down and back
9)Engage the front roller by
slipping it into the access
hole located in the middle
the roller track
10)At this point carefully
lower the window all the way
down and position it rearward as
far as you can, moving the rear
guide to allow this
11)With the window to the rear, you
can feed the vent window in place
if you move the glass seal out of
the way, fasten vent window
assembly once in place
12) Reinstall window seal in place,
cutting if necessary I usually
glue the seal in spots, using
3M trim cement once I am
satisfied with the location and
fit

13) Install inner fuzzie, sometimes
you have to trim to fit
14) Install outer window wiper
15) Position window forward into
the vent window verticle track
16) Install bottom screws into rear
lower window guide and tighten
upper screw
At this point the widow should roll up and
down. Installing the regulator can be a little unsafe because it is like a shear so be careful when working inside the door.
