Should look on the truck parts board not suburban / blazer. There are a few available. NOS ones pop up every now and again. Do a search there.

I have one in my basement - very solid (no rust that I can recall), but crappy paint on it.
If you are going to use it I would strip it and respray it. I am in Ohio as well - PM me for details. I am looking for $350 for it. No shipping - come get it. Thanks. |

I can get pix this weekend for you - my camera is at work
I just went and looked and there are molding holes. I also found a small rust hole on the side of it - less than the size of a dime. I am dropping price to $300 for that reason. Not out to rip anybody off. I will get you pix - shoot me a PM with the email I should use and I will get them your way. Thanks. |

You can weld nail heads into the trim holes and then grind off the nail part to fill the trim holes pretty easily. Light skim with glazing putty after that...

Did you ever find your tailgate? I have an NOS GMC tailgate that I MAY consider selling. It was purchased for my project that I have recently realized is not going to get finished by me (disappointing). I have not yet decided whether to part out the truck or sell as package deal, but am open to offers on the gate.
BTW...My truck is a Chevy, and I was planning on using the woodgrain side trim and tailgate band over the GMC letters. I don't know anything about the small vs large letters...let me know how to tell, and I will be glad to verify which it is.
