Post Parts

I am looking for parts for my 1983 Chevy Silverado's interior. The dash is just now starting to crack and I can't stand it. I also have rubbed white spots on the top of the driver's side door panel. I need quality parts at reasonable prices. I am not looking for junk, but I don't want to spend dealer list either. Also, If anyone has any questions about converting their truck over to TBI (GM style) I would be glad to offer my experience (it went rather well). Thanks again and se you later... Donnie

pilot-a69,

Order a catalogue from these guys. http://www.cheyennepickup.com

I bought a black paintable dash for $199.00. A color dash will run $225.00. The local dealer wanted a $275.00 for a factory paintable gray dash. Other catalogues I've seen have dashes from $225.00 or more.

For the interior, you should just paint the all the trimmings. I removed mine which were factory brown and painted them gray. They look great!! They also look new!! To paint the trimmings, I used a flexible primer and vinyl paint. I can send you pics if you're intested on the out look.
