Probably due to the heat -- left work early to check out all four rims again and make sure they're the right bolt pattern (they are) and make sure I didn't miss any other flaws (don't think I did). 90 degrees out and working in direct sunlight is no fun! Installed the valve stems and now have the wheels and the BFGs loaded up; just gonna call the tire shop and see if they can still get them done today.

On a different note, I think things have been smoothed over with AEWC, finally. They just emailed me back some info that may be of interest to you guys still waiting on chrome. While apparently Marcus has never had access to any actual production dates or other info, the info I just got straight from the top is this with regard to the chrome 20s: "The allocation date on the parts coming through is 09/10/2010." I won't be able to get a new 20x10 until then, but it sounds like they're going to take care of me. I've heard it before, but this is from a different channel. In the meantime, I'll have three of the rims ready to mount tomorrow ... if only I could get at my truck to put them on. Alas, it's still buried from when I put it away last winter. Brent
