Re: Pics of your truck in the snow

We got a bunch of snow Monday night... Most of it melted off by Tuesday afternoon and now we just have a huge mess left over! I love that Angus doesn't mind the snow or cold weather. Fires right up every time!

Re: Pics of your truck in the snow

This is a pic from last week. My GMC is tucked away and this is now my daily driver. My grand cherokee blew up so this is all I have to drive. Works ok as long as the snow isnt too deep LOL

Re: Pics of your truck in the snow

I spent most of the weekend out and about Finding Nemo... haha!

And the best one I took, I think... reminds me of the ZZ Top album Eliminator

After a long hard weekend

And a little gratuitous tractor shot!

Everybody relax. Snow doesn't hurt a car or a truck one bit. The salt that comes with it is heck on unprotected metal and that junk pushed up against tommyhotrod's truck might have caused issues but if it just sits off the road in the snow, no harm will come from that.

I use my truck all winter to plow my driveway (no salt) and drive to and from the fish house on the lake (no salt). I've seen NO additional corrosion from doing this since 1994.
