Dion,
Im in whenever you want to.
Balboa park or Morley field sounds good.
I like the idea in front of auto museum it just might be crowded on a week end.

Morley Field in the area near the Tennis Courts may be more accessible. But somewhere around the Aerospace Museum would provide more parking lot. There is a good Sized one across the street from the Veterans museum!

Post the date as far in advance as possible. I want to be able to show up even though I'm about a two hour drive. I won't be able to drive my truck b/c I'm in the process of doing the rear-end. But I still think it would be cool.......

A day on a weekend is most likely the best for most folks. I am thinking maybe around noon time, than we can go somewhere for lunch and talk about the start of a club. Dion, you make the call.

I've been thinking for a long time now that there needs to be a club for So Cal members! Unfortunately, I live up in the San Gabriel Valley

I checked out the Areospace Museum, there is a parking lot behind it with some grass area but it was kind of dirty and smelly but it could work as a meeting place.

ColumbianIndian,
We really only got together once or twice and haven't done it again. I haven't been on the forum much of late. But it might be an idea to try to get something together. My email address is smitty1d@sbcglobal.net and I live in the East County.
