My truck is getting closer to paint. I am going to have the 2 tone white side but not the top. I am not sure how the factory painted inside the doors and jams. I assume they taped off at the edge seams but not sure. Same way with the box and cab. How was it painted behind the cab? Any pics would help. Thanks!! Dave

Great looking truck, I like the solid top. I need pics of the open door is see how they ended the white inside the door and jam. Also would like to see how they end the white behind the cab. Dave

Seem to recall a thread showing how plants did the two tones differently

Inside, yes. Some painted the inside of the door frame body color, some painted them top color, which was usually white.

Yes the green one shows me a great pic of the door jam edge. Thank you. Now what about the back of the cab? How far did they wrap the paint around? Thanks, Dave

Dave I tried to get a picture (sorry) but I can’t get in there but i can look down and it does not wrap all the way around I hope this helps.

This post in my thread https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...5&postcount=71 shows the paint break. It was taped off just like original. In this post https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...8&postcount=24 you can see the original break on back of cab. Think I went about the same place with new paint.
