Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

Thinking about brake lines again since I never ran them on the frame... I was looking at LMC for a full pre-bent stainless set, but they only offer the front set in SS and not from the front to the back... Whats up with that?

Anyone know where I can find a full Stainless pre-bent set for power 4 wheel disk setup?

Also while Im at it... Im wondering what I should be doing for fuel lines from the new rear mount gas tank?

Probably should have had all this done before I started sticking the body back on it ....

Buy from the ones who make them. They are the best. They sell complete lits, or will break it down to front, rear, etc. I just received the front kit Saturday. Been dealing with them for years.

www.inlinetube.com

I look there, then call to order. They are fully knowledgeable about what they make and sell.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

I'm getting mine from Inlinetube.com.

They make all the hardlines in OEM material and Stainless and go for $189

They no longer have the bias valve/proportioning valve.

They also offer the soft lines in OEM rubber and also in braided stainless steel and go for $99.

Early Classic Enterprise sent me to them.

I got all of mine from Inline Tube. They will custom make whatever you want if you send them a sample also.

I've had nothing but pain, agony, and annoyance from Inline. If you're building a '69 Camaro I'm sure they're fine. If it's not in stock, I waited months for an estimate followed by getting the wrong parts and a bad attitude to go with it.

Why feed the beast? I recommend Right Stuff or SSBC.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

I ended up ordering Classic Tube kit from summit part # CST-CT1064-SS

I hope it was a good choice seeing how it just cost me my first born... It supposedly has all the fittings and Ts and everything.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

Inline is all about factory spec original parts,or upgrade to stainless. Everything fits and is correct in every way. Years ago they wouldn't even do anything but straight from factory specs. That is the purpose of the business. I talked the owner into reluctantly doing some specific changes from specs and assured him I accepted responsibility for them not working out as long as they did it the way I requested.I needed some hoses made longer, longer brake cables, and some tube with different than spec dimensions. Everything has always fit. I've never heard a bad review till now.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

On another note... I know there is an interchange here that works for converting the front disks to modular setup...

Im using the CPP updated spindles that use the disks from a 71 and still allowed me to use the 67 linkage parts...

I have Wilwood disks on back and love them... but they only carry a Big brake kit for the front... I dont want a Big brake kit. But I do want their factory replacement 4 piston calipers (to match the rear)... But I also want the disks and hubs to be modular (like their big brake kit) and still work on the spindles as far as caliper mounting goes... this way I can find a disk that matches the drilled and slotted rotors on the back...

Is there a Cadillac, or Impala or something I can interchange parts to get what Im looking for?

Maybe they're all terrible. I even wrote down which one was bad so I didn't mix them up!

In the end I wound up making all of my own since I have a 3/4 ton and, contrary to how it's listed, they don't make "kits" for it. Only thing I used from the kit was the colored nuts.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

Looks like Im gonna have to give Inline or one of the others mentioned here a try after all... the kit I ordered from Summit was on back order way too long so i cancelled the order...

I hope classic tube bends their brake lines closer to specs than they bent my 400 turbo cooling lines I ordered from summit they didn't fit for💩!!

Right stuff was the worse pre-bent kit I ever received from anyone EVER. They were nice about everything and told me why some of their stuff sucks, but the bottom line is it still sucked

Me too... Inline Tube's pre-bent SS brake lines I got for my 1972 GMC were a great fit! I had a couple of questions about the kit and they were a big help on the phone.

I would reorder from them in a heartbeat, and I also refer everybody I know that needs any kind of tubing for their rig.

Re: Full front and back pre-bent Stainless brake line kits?

In doing the conversion to front discs on my 70, would getting the 71-72 front brake lines from inline work? I'm putting in a wilwood master but it should be pretty close dimensionally to a factory one.

I don't know if I would be happy bending my own set as fussy as I am. Maybe if the front end was bare.....
