On the bottom of the tag in the picture it says 10MY82. Thought that might mean it was built in 1982 but the model year was sold as an 83 explaining the grill and bumper? Just thinking.

8 month of year = next model year titled as .

so if it was built in 10 of 82 it will be a 83 model year truck .

It was delivered to my parents house today. Overall looks pretty good. My dad looked it over and said he couldn’t find any rust on floorboards or underside nor in bed or underside of servicebody. Looks like a Holley air cleaner so prob a Holley carb on it. Needs cleaned pretty bad but overall so far so good. Welder generator locked up so probably toast. Will see what it is like when cleaned up.
