Does anyone have the rough measurements to locate the retractable seat belt by the door?

During repair of the cab, I replaced the metal that houses the threaded insert for it. any close measurements will help. I will install a reinforcement plate when installing it now.

This is what I have to work with now. The red circles are the rear seat mounting area.

I have one hole. 6 1/2" from back of cab x 1 1/2" from door seal area. Door seal is actually forward of the hole. I think this is what your asking and helps.
