Will Tahoe wheels fit 68?

Looking at different wheels and like the 2018 tahoe wheels. Anyone know if they will fit an original drum brake 6 lug setup on a 68 C10? Thanks.

With at least 1.5" bolt-on spacers, yes.

So would 1.5 spacers put the front wheels to far out or still be inside fender wells?

Don't know, but they won't bolt onto your drums, so you gotta use them.

Yep. Need spacers though to put them out where they need to be.

57Suburb, What size spacers did you use in front and rear? Thanks.

Re: Will Tahoe wheels fit 68?

Very interesting info....that said, with a 1-1/2" spacer in play....what does that do for thread engagement on the lug nuts?
Do you use a very deep lug nut or?...1-1/2" is a lot of depth to make up for.

All good

1.5” rear adapter, 1” front adapter, not spacers.

As 57Suburb said, use adapters. Adapters have their own lug studs in them. You bolt the adapter to the drum, then bolt the wheel to the adapter.

Is 1" adapters enough to clear the studs?

The stud w/lug sticks out past the face of the adapter about 3/8", but the design of the wheel your looking to get has a recesses area that clears these when bolted up. Hard to describe if you don't have the wheel to see what I'm talking about.

Ok, good. Thank you.
