I guess I do, I thought you were saying that I shouldn't say stuff regarding your post, and I responded in such that I would understand the position if this thread wasn't the result of you complaining about someone's post.

I think when posting an ad for a washing machine on the truck parts board just say it has been redesigned to wash 67-72 truck parts, that should make everyone happy. Lots of people post things on the parts board that don't techally belong there, but that is just because they want to give someone here first shot before selling it some where else. I think that is cool. It is kinda like one big happy family. sometimes.

Fast,
Everyone on this forum knows that you've contributed endless amounts of information regarding these trucks. I would not post stuff not related to these trucks for sale, but I wouldn't flame someone that does. It's not my call. It is also not whateva call. The best thing I can offer is advice on dealing with this. I don't think it is worth your time to even bother discussing this with whateva. You won't change his mind. So why waste your time? The sooner you get past the I'm going to beat you till you see it my way the better. Just my two cents. Take it for what it's worth.

At least Randy has the courage to sign his name and number for all to see. I hate these guys who hide behind anonymity. Now, let's get back to truck stuff!

Ahhhh, maybe I am going to get blasted here. Let me start by saying I know Randy, and he is a great asset to the board. So Randy I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I think it is fine that you post your part on the parts board, but I also see the point of whateva. It seems like he was trying to bring up an issue that he sees as a problem. I don't know what he said in his first post since he deleted them, but it seems like he was trying to correct what he originally said, but everyone seems to keep saying that he should not have the right to post his opinion? Ive read his post, as they stand now, and I don't see what is wrong with them. Even if you or I don't agree with him, he has his right to his opinion. Yes, we to have the right to our opinion, but I think it should be limited to "I think its ok to post non-truck related parts on the board" and not get involved in any personal disputes between people. I think this just agravates the situation.

ok this is getting nowhere fast.... and is getting closed
i agree that non 67-72 parts shouldnt be posted on the parts board.... i kind of ignored them sense i know fast is trying to get rid of alot of his stuff.... just being "nice" i dont think a non 67-72 for sale board is a good idea..... its the internet! theres a site for EVERYTHING out there...... ebay is probaly the best answer for fast but i dont think he can put stuff on their because of no credit card, whateva you sure have been stirring the pot lately! if you have a problem with a board member or something on the board EMAIL them, OR ME to work it out......
