Anti-theft reset

I'm using a 2006 trailblazer ss to build a jeep Wagoneer project. I had to remove the dash to reroute the defrost. Now the anti-theft system pops up on the dash. There's no response from the ignition. No power to the front seats. I've checked all the fuses and relays. Still got nothing. Went to the local Chevy dealer and they won't even touch it because it's not a factory vehicle anymore. Any ideas?

Re: Anti-theft reset

youtube/internet may be helpful

I recall seeing something about cycling your ignition on/off and leaving it on for 15 minutes or so.... hopefully you can find something.

best of luck,

Wil

Re: Anti-theft reset

I found this

This may work: 1. Turn on the ignition, with the engine OFF. 2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start). look at 'security light', after approximately 10 minutes it should shut off 4. Turn off the ignition, and wait 5 seconds. 5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes/ The vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock Sensor Data Code The vehicle learns the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle. 6.Start the engine (the vehicle has now learned the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password).

Not sure though as I would think some of the body sensors are missing and not giving the anti-theft computer thing a signal.
