the picture that you use has to be no bigger than 100X100 pixels (I think). Have you made the pic that small? If so, It should work.

when i go to F.A.Q. it does not give me the option to add anything there isnt even a list of administrative avatars

you have to use your own picture or snag one from the web.
by the way......you have to look under "user cp" to get it all set up (after you find a pic).

go to user cp
edit options go to bottem of list and click change avatar check use custom avatar at upload an avatar from your computer click browse and find your pic open it click submit modifications
