electrical issues with turn indicator in dash

I am having issues with my turn indicator lights in the dash 1971 c20. When I turn on parking lights or head lights both turn indicators light come on but do not blink. I replaced the headlight switch but that didn't correct the problem. Does anyone have some ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Anything replaced ?, Any new wiring?...My rule of thumb for all wiring... Check ground 1st. I would check the ground straps on all the sheet metal and cab, then check everything else. The dash bezel should have its own ground and also 1 in the plug for the signals.

X2
my experience, most electrinal problems stem from two sources.
#1: hacked wiring. People have cut, added to, rewired, and generally butchered the wiring.
#2: corroded or loose connections (usually grounds)
...often times, both
If it is put back to original and all connections are solid 9 times out of 10 everything will start working.
Also make sure all bulbs are good.

X2 on a ground somewhere. If it's weird, it's a ground.

X3 definitely a grounding issue. Make sure the gauge bezel is grounded as Greasy suggested
