I know, I know. Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder. But even so, many say these are just plain fugly.

A work truck don't have to be fugly.

Re: The look

Well, isn't that something. Cuddos for pulling it off for cheap and in short time frame. I don't imagine that one would fly, er, roll in some states.

Re: The look

Here is my 2015. I got it about 6 weeks ago. It's growing on me. Definitely better looking than the 2019 & up models. This is lowered 2" and has 20" wheels. I still need a 2-step stool to reach the engine compartment.

Re: The look

I had a ‘15 LTZ 4wd, liked it, Traded for a ‘16 2500 High Country Diesel, and then a ‘19 2500 diesel LTZ, it’s very likely my last new truck. Like others have stated the design boys have been experimenting with LSD since right after that. I don’t like the new look and my money has to last me for the rest of the trip on this rock.

I saw a new Silverado this week. I guess the Avalanche was their inspiration

Re: The look

Funny how that works… you know the avalanche that got dropped because it wasn’t selling. I thought the same thing when I saw the EV concept-looked like an avalanche.

"The look" seems about as aerodynamic as a piece of plywood.

This was an electric truck. It had a contractor/business logo and Michigan tags. Are they out yet? I got the feeling these people were doing real world testing for GM

Re: The look

The lower trim EV Silverado is out as far as I know. It’s the fancy shmancy one that isn’t the last I read.

Re: The look

Maybe GM brought back the designers that designed the Pontiac Aztek?
