Re: OEM window regulator

Yes that is the way they are. The 2 facing the same way go into the glass Chanel and the single goes into the Chanel welded to the door.

Re: OEM window regulator

Thanks guys for the help

Apparently repop doors didn't come with that

Now I have to find someone willing to cut up a door for that channel

This place is invaluable, we should charge for stupid questions

That's not a dumb question at all, you should see some of mine, wowza. Can't believe they didn't install that. They even mark where they go? It has to be exactly right. Lub that channel up once there, and don't forget the rubber bumpers for the roll ups. Hopefully they installed window platforms, yikes.

Re: OEM window regulator

Look at the area I circled, see the spot welds? Right behind there. Sorry about pic quality, had to take a snip of your photo as I could not download it. If it is not there it fell off as it was put in otherwise the spot welds would not be there.

Re: OEM window regulator

OK, I'm an idiot

Even with the prompting of location and pictures I was looking in the wrong location, I am going to call this a senior moment and wave my old folks card

Richard hit the nail on the head when he saw the spot welds, and there it WAS

Thanks for all help from use guys, disaster Averted
