body mount kits... should I use polyurethane or rubber???

Getting ready to replace my worn out mounts and was wondering if there were any drawbacks on using polyurethane kits?

Quote from VTblazer

The stock rubber style is going to ride a bit softer but will flex more when wheeling.

I'd go rubber, but I don't wheel my truck so I want it as smooth as I can get. If I were building something to go off-road, I'd probably go poly. I have heard that if you don't lube the poly mounts properly, they can squeak.

poly are also smaller than the rubber mounts so you will likely need to shim to get everything lined up again...
