Sticky throttle linkage.

Picked up a 1968 C10 Suburban and as I was going through things checking it out I found that the throttle linkage was sticking and not returning closed. The previous owner had installed an Edelbrock carb and manifold and had adapted the linkage the best they could.

This had to go. I made up a new section of linkage with a rod end and a custom billet mount to connect to the carb.

I connected the new linkage to about 3" of the old linkage so the connection to the pedal was as it was originally. I may redo it and put rod ends at both ends. But this seems to be working splendidly.
